Serious question. There are a lot of issues I have right now, and worrying has taken over my life drastically. Anxious thoughts and feelings keep me from peace and happiness. I’m trying to reach out to god and have more conversations but stop worrying is easier said than done. How can I stop worrying because nothing seems to work and things seem to be getting worse.

Find a Men's Ministry to join. When hearing others worries and to realize you're not the only one brings peace. A band of brothers through Christ can help guide you through with your anxious heart. Worries will never completely disappear, but you will find a better way to navigate through life without thinking of your worries as often as you are now 🙌
