Just a bit of help - espresso powder replaces the instant coffee and does add to the chocolate flavor. If you stir the flour before you measure, your product does not come out as heavy from too much flour. The back of the knife trick is good, just don't press down or thump the flour down, light is better. If you stir when you add your ingredients, they incorporate better and faster. You're brave to tackle this on camera. Thanks for a good show, and I love WCTH.

My husband and I are celebrating our 37th anniversary in quarantine in Puerto Rico, so because we cannot go to the movies we decided to see When Calls the Heart in Netflix, we were seeing 5 episodes per day and enjoyed more and more, then PUMM! Jack died and Netflix doesn’t have the rest of your lives!!! WHAT? You know, what, yesterday I was feeling blue and miss something... I told my husband, “I need my friends of Hope Valley”. Yes, he smiled at me and said he does it as well! Can you call Netflix, can anyone and save us from this captive situation and bring us the other episodes? I live in the gorgeous mountainous part of PR, so we don’t have Hallmark channel😡. I tried KZbin, but were just little picks of the other seasons. I want the real deal! We want more! And about the brownie, I will put it in a saved dish at the microwave and eat the whole thing, I found it great! Thanks for sharing and I love your Brownie companion, remind me of Opal, my husband favorite student! What am I doing in confinement for more than a month? Sewing a little something to all my friends (more than 50) so as soon as we can hugged each other again I will be able to proved that I’ve been thinking on them! My husband has a thousand plans in our yard and he cultivates gorgeous flowers, orchids and daisies are some of them, plus onions, potatoes, 5 different kind of berries and tomatoes between the rest of his day as amateur gardener! We never had children, but 2 dogs that are spoiled as can be since we rescued them... they rescued us! May Jehovah bless you and all the cast for such a lovely program, it is the best I’ve seen in yeasts! Thanks again... now, because of you I am craving for BROWNIES!!!

That was SO MUCH FUN to watch! Thank you! And kudos on skipping the coffee. I don't drink coffee, either, so yay! Which begs the question: what are you drinking on the show since they are drinking coffee like every ten minutes. P.S. Do NOT attempt an angel food cake until you master the brownies. My first attempt, I forgot to beat the egg whites before adding them, and that angel food cake was about 3/4 of an inch tall, gray, and solid. Not pretty. Or tasty.
