I had mine for a few years now. Dark Blue version (Non-Poindexter). It's accurate to - 2 per day and well with in COSC standards. It's my favorite offering from Ball. It's a shame they discontinued it. I'm not sure what Ball is doing these days, with numerous, direct to consumer models and pre-orders, odd variations and special editions........ I guess I should be happy I have my favorite Ball model and one of the best ones they ever made imho, (if you like a watch that's built like a tank). As a matter a fact I think I'll put it on the rubber strap for summer... 👍

One thing I really dislike about these watches is the tabs on the crown. They constantly catch & pull loose threads on my jumpers.

Mike Tyson must have designed that it looks so tough. I am usually up and out before dawn and my one real beef with my omega p.o. is - can't see it in dark - . True dark and Late night visibility is important for allot of people - . Thanks Tim. Love the skindiver 2 as well. 👍

Ball is realy cool watch. My friend get one (engineer 2), and it looks fantastic, so solid, much more that equal price longines for example. And Ball has own COSC certified calibre for very nice price

I absolutely love mine. Most accurate watch I've got by a long shot. Exactly 15 seconds fast per month. Unbelievable value.

Grady Mcwhorter I’ve never had a Ball chronometer that is accurate to 15 seconds a month. Even ROLEX can’t do this. My newly acquired Aero GMT2 is accurate to roughly 4 seconds fast in 2 days. And it’s chronometer rated.

I'm guessing its that thickness to give it the ability to absorb shock .Pretty sure they do one even thicker that weighs 300 g and is water resistant to I000 metres

A lot of talking, and you didn’t show us the watch in darkness, despite tritium tubes is the point of differentiation.

As great as the bracelets are designed and built, there is one huge downfall..the sizing. You cannot get a precise fit without micro adjustments. It was either too tight or too loose. The proprietary double spring bar and odd 21mm limits strap options. I wanted to love this watch, but comfort was just not there. I was not willing to pay $400 for the Ball rubber strap, when I only paid $1200 for the watch. I got compliments when I wore it though.

Rugged puppy, not a bad looking watch. Plus a day and date indicator. Throw that timepiece at a bad guy and you will give him a concussion! Nice for home defense! Luke shot was meh....
