Do you notice how even visitors from the tropics are undercover and how no one can look up from out of their umbrellas because the rain actually stings because it is that heavy? This is not a typical London rain. 50 degrees north is not meant to get tropical rain. But it has been happening ever more often.🤔💚

I can't believe even with the rain pelting down as it is in this video, the utter lack of raincoats & wellies being worn.
