Yea, you can't do anything cool with it unless you're a developer for that game. For normal players, all it lets you do is see client sided messages. Output, information, warnings, and erorrs. There's also a memory usage tab that shows how much memory the game is using. If you are a developer though, you have like 9 tabs, and can execute server sided scripts.
