What happened with Alicia and Lindsey?

They both mentioned in the long podcast video that they were looking to make changes. Lindsey was looking to return to doing her photography business full-time, and Alicia had wanted to move into off-camera production work. They've both done so. Alicia has pursued full-time work outside of GP, but still helps behind the scenes when it fits with her new work schedule.
