I've actually experienced something like coregasms as the gym. There is this one machine, where you sit down and place your arms flat on a cushion at chest level. And then you push the weight bar down from head level towards the ground. That thing will often send tingles through my groin. I don't climax, but....I do feel extra frisky after. I think it's just straight up stimulating a LOT of bloodflow to the groin area, thus causing the heightened pleasure receptors to fire.
