Hey everyone! Today I am making my first ever reaction video! Hope you enjoy it!
Heidi is a young orphan girl who goes to live up in the mountains with her tough yet loving grandfather. One day her aunt Dete takes her away to be a companion to Klara, a disabled girl. Devastated, the grandfather sets out to bring Heidi back home.

I remeber my brother got heidi cartoon book in a gift box it was from US we got it after singing in church it was filled with candies, color book, cryons, clay, ball and toys inside i was in class 2 that time

A lovely reaction. The original edition of this movie is in b&w, but the colorization is very nice in this case. The book, of course, is very different in several places, notably in how Heidi is returned to her grandfather. This is a wonderfully exciting way to work the plot, but the original novel is worth looking at. The Shirley Temple version of "A Little Princess" similarly takes measurable liberties with the original source material. Marcia Mae Jones, who plays Klara here, is also in Temple's "Little Princess". So did Arthur Treacher, who was the Butler here. Treacher was a veteran song and dance man. My generation knew him in commercials for "Arthur Treacher's Fish and Chips", but he was awfully fun to watch: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pIfcYnyVm9Chm80 Jean Hersholt, who was the Grandfather, was a Danish actor who made the bulk of his career in the States; he was responsible for the founding of the Motion Picture Relief Fund, which served to support actors in need. The Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award was created in his honor after his death in 1956.
