Tai Lung to me is one of the best Western animated villains ever. There's some real pain in him and they really show that the fault lied in both student and the master during his fight with Shifu...Who filled my head with dreams? Who drove me to train until my bones cracked? Who denied me my DESTINY?!

Although I wasn't rooting for tai lung I can definitely see why he's so pissed. I mean, being intensely trained your entire life for one specific purpose only for it to be taken from you just because of one old man, and the man who raised you for this one goal just accepts it instead of trying to defend you. And now suddenly you no longer have a purpose... Yeah, no, I would've been furious too. 🤔

your energy is really high throughout this whole thing, and you seem to be focusing more on making jokes than soaking in the film which is a bit overwhelming for me, but somehow you seem to be able to both joke around for most of it, make predictions about what happens next, AND understand exactly what's happened already???? it's so impressive it's almost uncanny. which isn't bad by the way, it's just that i couldn't do that with nearly the same consistency as you. and i GOTTA say, it's really impressive that you can keep that energy up for so long! very consistent, very nice. hope you enjoy the rest of these movies when you get to them.

Please react to the other 2 movies. It gets better as the stories process. Sequels are not good but the panda sequels are even better than the 1. And po is not the only one adopted. As revealed in secrets of the furious five Tigress was adopted by shifu. You should watch that as well as the other two shorts secrets of the masters and secrets of the scrolls. They fill in some of the gaps in the stories. But I like your thoughts on the first movie.
