Here’s a note about the movie. Although it feels like a plot device with the Asst Principal showing up with scores, that actually happened. The kids were getting defiant and they were going to bring in more police to make them disperse, but she showed up with the results right on time. Great movie and watching it with an emotional invested audience made it more fun to watch.

This movie is most definitely based on a true story. I remember when the movie first came out in theatres and Entertainment Tonight actually interviewed the real Joe Clark. I'm sure that interview is probably available somewhere on KZbin or some other video site. It's probable that certain elements of the real story were changed for dramatic effect, as is usually the case with movies based on real people, but for the most part from what I understand it is quite accurate.

I have one suggestion and take it with a grain of salt ( just an expression ) . When doing a reaction to something "based on a true story" event that received national attention like this situation did... it would be great to show some respect to it and use Google for some in put instead of just assuming that it's not really a true story. That is the only thing that bothered me with this reaction but you did a very genuine and excited reaction with Lean On Me and I am looking forward to many more of your reactions . Like no fucken excuse at the end of the day your life is what you make of it. Thats why I never agreed with the whole privileged and not privileged shit, fuck all that. Because every single person on this planet has it better AND has it worse then someone else. Feeling sorry for yourself got nobody nowhere in life. Count your blessings, and fucken strive 😎😁
