You probably already know this, but what the heck: Someone figured out that code 23-19, when paired with the corresponding letters of the alphabet, is actually code WS. In this case, it means code white sock, the most common thing that tends to stick to monsters when they come out of the human world. And there's actually another one during the Harryhausens scene, if you listen really close: 7835 = GHCE = Girl human child escaped Even better: Disney fully embraced this whole thing, and added more in Monsters at Work. 1320 = MT = Monster trapped 418 = DR = Damaged room 42216 = DVP = Door Vault paperwork 1994 = SID = Shut it down

The joke is that despite being covered by the barcode, Mike is still thrilled to pieces to be on the cover of a magazine. This trope is repeated in at least one other place, if I remember correctly. I just can't recall where. Maybe it was in Monsters University if not in this film.

This is my all-time favorite Pixar film, and still is so good to this day as a 21 year old. It's always so fun watching it with other people and seeing their reactions, esepcially if they've never seen it before. I wish I could watch this movie for the first time all over again as an adult. Also, I love you, but Imma need you to chill with the Randall slander. My home slice deserved so much better, and I will fite you on that.🚪

Definitely one of my childhood faves, as well! Though now it sort of reminds me of the times I was sick, because well, I would often wanna watch this movie when I was sick. :D Man though, I imagine it must be such a nostalgia wave watching it after so long that you have forgotten almost everything... I don't really have the chance of experiencing something like that with almost any of my favorites, because I've been rewatching all of them so regularly. But there are parts where I can remember like "yes, this is what I thought/felt when I first saw this scene". And yeah, I bet Brendan Gleeson would nail it as Waternoose, if there was to be a monsters inc liveaction xD I pray there won't be, though... For now they've left the pixars alone

Wait, do you not know "pig latin"? Thats awesome. Its an American kids thing. You basically scramble all of the words. Start each word with the first vowel in the word, then take any letters from the beginning and throw them on the end, then add "-ay". For example: ou-yay are-ay eat-nay (you are neat).
