Finally, someone who gets it! I've literally woke up in every place imaginable, while sleep walking throughout my yrs. 😴 For the most part, my family and I have manged to find a way to laugh off my sleep disorder, like most do. That was until I was sleep walking and fell backwards, somehow snapping my ankle in half, as my body became dead weight and fell to the floor. All I remember is hereing my bone snapping in half while tearing through my skin. The break was so intense that 😳 there were iterally pieces of bone fragments, stuck in my kitchen cabinets and night clothes. I woke up in horrific pain, lost and confused, while laying in my kitchen floor in a puddle of my blood. Thankfully, my spouse and daughter hadn't left for work yet and promptly called 911. Sleep walking can be dangerous 😳 for obvious reasons. Please, take it from someone who truly knows, this can become a very serious disorder. 😴 Please, be careful!

Coming from a family with different sleep disorders. I love your sleep walking videos. I love that you can share it and show that its okay. My family ranged from mild sauce to extreme sauce. My younger brother is a sleepwalker but it was almost always short episodes. On the other hand my poor mom has sleep terrors (due to the fear one of us was dying in our sleep) it was a lot as a kid since I didn't understand. Sometimes she stood in the middle of her room screaming or she would rush to one of us wailing while shaking our shoulders to make sure we were alive. The episodes happen less now that we are older and I'm so happy she can enjoy sleep a little better now. Thank you for your content. You are amazing, hilarious and beautiful!

I used to sleep walk when I was younger (Im 15) and my parents told me that I would just walk to wherever a person was and stare at them, then turn around and go back to bed. My parents were often the ones to be stared at. I had my cousin as a roommate over the summer and I would talk in my sleep. I did it so much that he thought I was possessed. I dont know if I do it anymore because my cousin moved out a few weeks after school started. But I have sleepwalked and have absolutely no memory or recollection of what happened. not even a glimpse. The only way I know is that my parents and cousin have videos.
