Brittany Snow steals the first movie for me. Chloe is hilarious and her obsession with Becca is great. And of course, the gorgeous Anna Camp. Her delivery of some of the most iconic lines is, dare I say, pitch perfect.

Happy to see mentioning Brittany's performance because most of the people are stick with anna and rebel totally ignoring the perfect contribution Britt made to this movie making some of the scenes and iconic(camp too)I think It's admiration...not obsession.she sees Becca as her perfect vibe from the beginning itself believing in her and Becca sees Chloe the same(you can see Becca valuing/admiring Chloe's support everytime (not same with the case of jessee),actual script includes certain lines during the first meeting that defines why they both feel comfortable with each other like Chloe noticing the tattoo on Becca and both having some nice conversation about common things they have from there

I used to be in an a cappella group in college. While lots of things were blown out of proportion, this movie depicts a cappella groups VERY accurately -- Elizabeth Banks did her research. I would say there are a cappella groups in most colleges and universities, and this movie spawned thousands more.

It's funny, in the German Synchronisation Becca says that "Vader" is Holland language for father. But I think I read somewhere that it's just a combination from 'death water' and 'dark father'. George Lucas didn't originally plan that Darth Vader is Luces father, so he couldn't planned this Word-Play. Now it's just a coincidence that it means father on another language...But yeah, my brain is not the youngest, I could be wrong :) Great reaction!!

When this film came out I was in performance dance in high school and we watched it on the bus on our way to a class trip to Disneyland... And on the way back haha. Of course a bunch of high school dance girls were obsessed with this movie. It was made for us.

The ICCA is a real a cappella competition for college groups! Not every school has one, and not every group aims to compete in the ICCA. But being in a group is fun and the music arrangements are wayyy more complicated than it should be lol

The Bella's in the first movie reminded me a lot of my flute section in marching band freshman year of high school. Full of up tight witches who constantly started drama and liked to threaten their freshmen occasionally (yes, that did personally happen to me). After they were gone and I came back the next year, I can happily say I made sure to fix the bad atmosphere and stigma that our predecessors had left on us. I just graduated last year and I'm so proud of my flutes for growing into the supportive, organized, and fun section I now know them to be. I think that's something that all types of groups most likely have in common.
