One of the coolest parts of this movie is that Jackie and Chris didn’t like each other that much in real life at first. Chris thought Jackie was a bit of a tyrant and Jackie thought Chris was too laid back on set but then once they started actually working together they became good friends just like in the movie!

In the US it's common for the corner shops to have a microwave and simple meals you can heat up for people on the go - so that's where he got the "beef and bean burrito" from most likely since it was in a package. And a lot of them will have little mini-delis in them that cook food. The gas station around the corner from my house has one that is only open for lunch, but has pretty amazing burgers.

Hilarious! Cool fact, Jackie Chan was really close with Bruce Lee bc he was an extra in one of Bruce's films where Jackie got struck by Bruce Lee and played it up like he was more hurt. After that, Bruce Lee made sure Jackie was always an extra and got him more pay. They called each other "Dragon Brothers". When Bruce Lee died, he was supposed to start in a movie but they were left with no main actor and since Jackie Chan was so close to him they thought he could fill the role. It didn't do well but it was bc Jackie was a different type of person and it didn't fit well. Once Jackie Chan funded his own movie that fit his acting he gained popularity. Leading Jackie Chan to Hollywood A list movies. Super interesting to hear it from Jackie himself.

Jackie Chan was an extra on the movie Enter the dragon. He got knocked out by Bruce Lee. Is one fight scene where Jackie came at him and Bruce swung a stick but he was supposed to pull back so he doesn't actually connect. But he accidentally connected and knocked Jackie out. But Bruce stayed in character until the director hollered cut, then he dropped the sticks ran over to Jackie and apologized and checked to see if he was okay. I saw an interview where Jackie was talking about that

I used to go to three particular Mom and Pop corner stores, one in Philadelphia, one in New Jersey and one in Harlem, where you could a million types of sandwiches and, usually, some equivalent from the owner´s country. FYI, "corner shops" in the U.S. have a lot more variety on sale than similar stores in the U.K. You can get a burrito (or simple, plain pre-made sandwich) at any bodega, "corner store", pharmacy, gas station, or grocery store large or small (in addition to fast food and restaurants) anywhere in the U.S., truly, not exaggerating. It might be frozen and microwaveable, but it's available. I mean, our pharmacies sell as many groceries as small city markets, and you wouldn't believe what's on sale in the truly big stores. Come visit some time, it'll blow your minds.
