This movie is pretty underrated, I especially love Belt. Fun Fact: This was originally going to be a stop-motion Aardman film called _Crood Awakening_ before Aardman left, and DreamWorks retained the rights.

THE CROODS is similar to my family. When my grandfather died of cancer, my family were sad and depressed that we made a "metaphorical dark cave" for ourselves. Then one day, my sister met and fell in love with a man and somehow he managed to not only get my sister out of the "cave" but he got my family out and "into the sunlight so we could ALL GO TO TOMORROW". Years later, they are still married and have two kids.❤
