22:42 this was a scientific mishap on Alan Moore’s part; kerosene needs to be heated to 131 degrees fahrenheit before it can sustain a match-ignited flame. throwing a lit match into kerosene at room temperature would have just extinguished it. Gasoline, on the other hand, would have been a different story altogether.
