This is part 1 of my 100% playthrough of MotoHeroz for the Wii. This is a downloadable WiiWare title from Redlynx. This was recorded directly from my Wii (not the Wii U).
Back around 2010 or so I managed to play Trials HD on a friend's Xbox 360 and instantly became hooked. I just loved the crazy level designs and all the stunts I could pull off while performing huge jumps.
When the developer of Trials HD, RedLynx, later announced MotoHeroz for the Wii, I paid close attention. MotoHeroz utilized a similar overall concept to Trials HD, but it featured buggies and you could no longer crash. Also, the game had a more colorful graphical style and an awesome four-player multiplayer mode.
I ultimately purchased MotoHeroz on its release date in 2011 and it quickly became my favorite WiiWare game. There was a ton of content and the level designs were just awesome. I also spent a decent amount of time playing the multiplayer mode with friends, which added some replay value.
Although you can simply blast through the game without collecting anything, there are two spirit orbs hidden in each level, and some of them are quite difficult to find. I remember spending a bunch of time back in 2011 trying to find each orb, and I managed to acquire all of them with enough perseverance (and some help from message boards). There are also coins on most levels, and you can obtain gold medals for each stage by beating the ghost to the finish line.
For this playthrough I'll be collecting all of the spirit orbs and coins, as well as obtaining gold medals on each level. Sadly, due to the impending January 2019 Wii Shop Channel closure, this game is no longer available to purchase unless you already have Wii points stored on your system. So I doubt many people will get any specific use out of this playthrough. Nonetheless, I wanted to post this amazing game since apparently no one has posted a full playthrough of the WiiWare version (a cell phone/tablet version of the game was released later on, but I think it had entirely different level designs from the WiiWare version).
I did not complete these levels back-to-back in a single session. I simply edited together my successful runs of each level.
