How about The Rogues? That's the actual name given to several specific members of the Flash's rogues gallery; the most iconic version was/is led by Captain Cold and includes the likes of Heatwave, Mirror Master, the Trickster, the Top, Golden Glider, Captain Boomerang, Weather Wizard and Abra Kadabra, while another version of the group was led by Blacksmith and included Girder, Plunder, Magenta, the second Mirror Master, Weather Wizard (again), Murmur, and the second Trickster. (Side-note - the Reverse-Flash and Grodd are not members of these groups since they're not exactly team players and are outright hated by the first group of Rogues.)
