in regards to John's death, and Chucky's tone toward the voodoo doll, i kinda figured Chucky made it himself in preparation. since the whole series started on a voodoo spell, it goes without saying that Chucky has knowledge in the art and can do more than a big soul transfer spell. would be interesting if the franchise expanded on that and started more supernatural killings with varying methods

I made up scary stories when I was a child to scare my cousins and sister. I had one about my grandma's china doll which all my cousins thought they saw actually move and change expressions. So much so, for one cousin, she broke the doll, Which I had to help get rid of so my grandma wouldn't find out about it. When my grandma asked about the doll, whose dissapearance, I told her I didn't know what happened to it. I had forgot I had something to do with. It was probably the only time I ever lied to my grandma. Since I never did tell her what I remembered, later.
