Toriyama actually said that if Vegetas Final Flash had fully connected with Perfect Cell, it would killed him, despite the huge difference in power levels between them. Cell dodged at the millisecond before it hit him, causing it to only rip off the right side of his body.

"Perhaps even best the likes of Super Saiyan Blue" Considering how most fights in Super normally were in favour of the Saiyans, yet the moment they go Blue, meant to be MORE powerful than ANY other Super Saiyan form, they started getting their asses handed to them, that's not exactly hard to do. I don't get what the writers were thinking, building up Blue as so powerful, then, almost every time Blue gets pulled out, Goku and Vegeta gets beat up worse than they were in base form and regular Super Saiyan. Frankly, for me personally, I know this isn't everyone's opinion and that's fine, to each their own, when it comes to the "badass moments" from the Goku Black and Tournament of Power arcs... the arcs themselves honestly stop them being that for me. Goku Black arc: despite everything everyone goes through, Future Trunks' timeline gets destroyed so badly by Zamasu that Zeno just erases it completely and Mai and Trunks get dumped in a separate version of their timeline that already has other versions of themselves, making the whole arc (and everything Future Trunks went through regarding the Androids and Cell) feel like they were all for nothing. Tournament of Power: stretched on for WAY too long and everyone acts like it was the most intense fight any of the characters have been through... yet not even the humans bleed a drop of blood? Seriously? I can only suspend my disbelief so much because I call BS. And Super Heroes? The animation constantly has me waiting for the point a video game cutscene ends and the game play starts. Not to mention, the concept that someone could somehow portray the Z fighters as evil in a convincing way to ANYONE on Earth, when literally EVERYONE watching the Cell games would've seen and heard the Z fighters standing up to Cell? Again, there's only so far my disbelief can be suspended before I call BS. Not to mention, there's only so many times you can use the "Gohan is weak from not training and has to step up quickly" routine before it feels too hollow to care. "But Trunks and Goten are teens now. Don't you like that?" Sure, I've wanted them to grow up, especially since Super dragged them being kids FAR too long when a fan paying attention knows Super kept them kids for YEARS in universe without any signs of aging, but it's too little too late by that point. All to those who enjoy Super, but the first 3 movies are the only parts of it I personally find worth rewatching. Plus, any future Frieza stuff won't be enjoyable for me, because I openly despise the guy who replaced Chris Hayes' as Frieza as a person, so the less I hear of him the better my life is.
