JustChizzin they explain it pretty well but what makes the twist so good is that you the player were mind controlled the entire time, you played all these levels under the guise of you controlling the MC and making good or bad choices but you were being controlled yourself without knowing it and when you finally get to Ryan the game takes control away from you. It was just such clever writing.

Pokemon Gen 1: The last gym leader turns out to be the Boss of Team Rocket Pokemon Gen 2: Lance, the mysterious, nice stranger that's been helping you fight Team Rocket all game is revealed to be the Pokemon CHAMPION, and you have to fight him to beat the game Pokemon has a lot of great twists. The Zelda series too. Halo 1 when Guilty Spark turns out to be "evil" and has tricked you into helping his attempt to destroy the entire galaxy. Assassin's Creed has some great ones as well; finding out Abstergo are the bad guys and modern day Templars, or that Adam and Eve were escapees from a Precursor alien race and descendants of the first Assassins, for starters.

The Faith you met at the beginning of the game was a glamoured Narissa, who dropped the head by your doorstep to get you to care and investigate but left some identifying clues at the crime scene, like her blood and a piece of her jeans. That's why they've been using similar dialogue throughout the game, she's been trying to tell you and you've been too distracted by the case. She also lied at her trial just to get the villain to suffer.

My personal favorite is the whole "What's EXP" speech in UNDERTALE. COMPLETELY changes the way you view the game (if you hadn't had it spoiled already), and gives the game some really good replay value. Also "Do you think you are the only one with that power?" from UNDERTALE. And "Okay ____, are you ready?" from UNDERTALE Really, just any twist/reveal from UNDERTALE.
