I just dont get it.. the recovery sessions these pro pitchers have for their arms must be absolutely phenomenal.. my arm was shot by 6th grade. Still messed up to this day from pitching and im 28 now lolol. It literally hurts watching him pitch like this knowing how often he throws.

Man. I totally feel you. Battled chronic pain for my whole amateur career. Sitting at 93 thinking I am going to be someone at 18 and pop. Next thing I know I am getting tommy john surgery and my arm was just never the same. Rehab, prolo, intensive physio, etc. Nothing worked. I quit at 20. 27 now and I get the same feeling every time I see guys pitch. Im cringing over here. My arm still hurts too. It has never been right since. I guess some of us just weren't born with strong enough ligaments to handle the constant abuse. Such an unnatural motion. I too am amazed at how some guys can just throw and throw like this. Anyways.. Here is to hoping our arms one day regain strength. Dont give up on your strength training exercises man. I have faith we can get back to some sense of normal one day if we stick to them. Try to load up on collagen too. Bone marrow and calcium can go a long way to promoting joint and ligament integrity. 🤜🤛
