Thats why I have clear set market prices, i rip everything live, i package stuff live and talk to everyone in my chat. I tell and show them what they are getting, how it will be packaged and when it will be mailed. All products are shown in camera view at all time.

Stay Away From Whatnot is my advice. Bad for buyers and sellers. Changing clasps to different designers, sourcing from Temu, adding new "vintage looking" pieces in with supposed estate lots. Items arriving broken or not at all. I try not to get WN involved in those cases but when the sellers encourage me to, I receive a full refund...not just on 1 piece, but the whole order. Then the sellers hate you! Sellers buying back and forth from each other. It's an expensive social event. Wanted to support women owned businesses, but I'm done. Overpriced everything you can buy on eBay with a guarantee for much less. I should do a psa. Dogs barking, cats and kids sitting on display tables...it's a hot mess.

To be fair, 4.7 looks pretty good to most ppl. I bought pops & comics on Whatnot from sellers with a 4.9-5.0 rating. Even the 4.9 had me worried for a minute. In regards to sealed pokemon, I'd never buy from anyone I didn't trust. Then I'd have to make sure I'd get refunded if the boxes were repacked. Like all of this is in written agreements with pics b4 I give any money. Not trying to ever be screwed out of 30k on a repacked Neo Genesis Booster box.

Nope. Because the platform is in on it. They don't care - they get paid regardless and the more sales that run through them the more they get paid. Meaning there is a financial incentive for them to turn a blind eye. So they do. It's not a singular user issue - it's a platform issue.

I’m a seller on whatnot Pokemon English, and Japanese also one piece I have a bunch of old vintage baseball basketball but unfortunately until I get a bigger following I’ve tried to auction some pretty decent cards off and they’ll sell for a dollar literally drives me crazy because the amount of people getting took advantage of is ridiculous not all are bad I have 5.0 rating I just started so I only have 40 plus sell’s and only 2 or 3 people have given me reviews I don’t do giveaways because people will swipe between 4 or 5 lives entering, the giveaways with no intention of buying anything I give everyone that buys from me a free pack, or a free card every purchase then give free stuff to people that have no intention of ever buying anything from my small business Whatsoever?? basically these scammers have smartened up. they do a bunch of legit sales, get good reviews, and then scam a bunch of people in bulk all at one time, so by the time the bad reviews pop up it already too late and they just made 20k on 10-15 people that get screwed over a weekend or so
