WATER at the Bottom of your FRIDGE .....EASY FIX

Hi, this video shows you a very easy fix for water collecting at the bottom of your fridge or on the floor by your refrigerator. You will probably have a blocked condensation drain. Clean it out with a Q-Tip (Cotton swab/bud) and if it is still blocked insert a long thin flexible bit of plastic or thin curtain wire. Make sure the fridge has been unplugged/disconnected from the electricity supply before inserting anything into the condensation drain hole.

Just want to say thank you so much for taking the time to share this video. I'm one of those "more money than sense" types, when I bought my house last year the fridge came with it. It started to do this a few months ago so I assumed it was due to it being used goods. I almost impulse bought a new fridge today... seriously!! I'm so glad I watched this video first. I have been working to unclog my Leibehrr drain for a couple years (with a sponge in place to catch overflow) and never thought of using something flexible so I was only able to unclog the first 2-3 inches each time (worked once or twice). Today I used a pipe cleaner and got about 8 inches into the drain and it unclogged it. Yay! Saved me a min. of $135 service visit for my built-in frig.

That's such great advice. This evening cleared a second lot of water in two months. Thought I'd check on YT and your advice came true and sound. It is SO RANDOM that this has come up on my feed when my fridge has been doing this for 6 months. I tried unblocking the hole but to no avail.... Is my phone psychic?!? How could it possibly know! 🤔 Edit: just poked a feather quill as far down the hole as I could and all the water suddenly drained away! I'm thrilled (though my cat isn't... Thanks for the tip, the wire hanger was two bendy. So i used an unused nasogastric tube. Every now and again its put through my nose and pushed in the stomach. This was a spare one. Ideal for such a drain

OH my days!!!!, I spilled milk in my fridge a couple of weeks back, after cleaning the fridge inside and out a few times there was still an absolute off milk stink, this video helped as my internal hole links to a removable white plastic tray at the back if the fridge. I unscrewed this which took about 5 seconds and inside was what I can only describe as 'your worst nightmare' , some Stephen King, James Herbert shit right there! Inside was a gone off, congealed, putrid mass of milky brown globular, disgusting smelling slime. 10 minutes and a few retches later the tray is clean and back in place and the smell is dissipating So cheers dude.

I’d also check items in the fridge are not touching the back panel. This affects its temp and the back can freeze/ defrost more liquid than usual and the hole doesn’t cope and water can also flow over.. because mould can grow down in the tube and tray area, every now and then I spray anti-bacterial spray onto the lower back to mix into this out flow of water. I think, this may help with keeping it clean.

I've had exactly the same problem with the fridge freezer. It just so happened that I had a lot of cable ties in the garage (bought from Lidl) so I took the longest one and hey presto, it fixed the problem. I inserted it a few more times (oo-er!) to get some of the crap out. I used a white cable tie so I could see the crap that came out and rinsed it off every time I withdrew (make your own jokes). I'm a subscriber and I was just browsing your videos when I stumbled across this one.
