When you twist a bottle with water inside, you're creating a lot of pressure. When you release the cap, that pressure gets released super quickly. Now, the "smoke" you see is actually not smoke at all, it's water vapor. The rapid release of pressure causes the water to vaporize instantly, creating a misty effect that looks like smoke.

Water vapour cannot be seen, so it must condense to tiny water droplets first for the "smoke" to be seen (mist)

Explanation: by compressing the bottle, the particles that compose the air are compressed as well, which makes the air condensate, becoming visible. Once open, the air will escape the bottle, turning into a gas once again. It's still possible to see the air escaping because there are still some droplets in there that didn't vaporize yet.

Not only that. There’s also something called temperature. Temperature and pressure has something common with each other. The more air you compress the higher the pressure and The higher the temperature. And theres also some water vapor in that bottle, thats why its misty too. And the reason why the gas gets hot when compressed is because the molecules are being pushed together which creates friction and eventually heat…

Its easier using a pump 1. Make a little hole in the bottle cap with a pin 2. Make the pump in the ball setting (the smallest one) 3.pump it (warning do not pump to much or the bottle will explode) 4.open the cap (warning very loud noise)

twisting the bottle shrinks the inside which causes the pressure to rise, and the higher atmospheric pressure causes the water to vaporise (just like how water boils at room temperature inside of a vacuum chamber)

You can also add a few drops of pure alcohol to make more smoke. Put the drops where there will be the pressure, shake the bottle to apply the alcohol evenly on the edges, twist it and enjoy the smoke

Here a little detail: That will not work if you do it with simply water bottle you have to pour a small amount of ethanol in it to work. All these content creators are not showing that they have kept a little amount of ethanol.
