Water crisis deepens in Mpumalanga

The Chief Albert Luthuli Local Municipality in Carolina is the third municipality in the province to impose water restrictions and more municipalities could soon follow suit.
The level of the Boesmanspruit Dam which supplies Carolina, is critically low.
