Brian and Paul help a homeowner find out why they were getting water damage to their wood floors. The homeowner had a new roof and gutters installed and then their wood floors started warping. We performed a water leak investigate for them and pinpointed the problem for the homeowner. Now they can go back to the contractor to have them repair the damage they caused by improperly installing the gutters and roof flashing.
