Water In Our New Basement! Heavy Rainstorm FLOODED Our House Again!

Back in September 2020, we had a huge and heavy rainstorm where the water came down so much that our yard got flooded. As the storm got worse, so did the flooding. We quickly found that water was coming into our house through several areas. The rain kept coming down and the water kept coming inside our house! One of the worst areas was the basement where the water was seeping in through the window. The window well filled up to 7' deep until the window could not hold the weight of the water any longer and it busted allowing over 4,000 gallons of water into our basement. We frantically tried to save everything we could but time ran out on some things. We were hoping insurance would cover it but we did not have specific "flood" insurance so we were left to cover the damages to our home.
We are almost done with the remodel of the basement and just had another storm today that was very similar to the one we had 3 years ago and we ended up getting water in our basement again!

We are going through the same Thing right now! I live in PA and for the past couple years I’ve lived in this house when we get a lot of rain our basement floods and we rent our home, trying to get it fixed has been so difficult and I just don’t have the money to fix all of It by ourselves with all the damages. I live in your neighborhood and my house flooded too but at least I got it out of the house and my windows didn’t break because they were protected protected.
