I have daikin inverter 1.5 ton ac. Recently cooling capacity has gone down a lot. Daikin engg visited and said that there is no issue with the unit - the gas has not leaked just outdoor unit was dirty and cleaned it. Still the cooling is not effective. We set it to lowest temp and highest fan speed and still sweat. Any idea what could be wrong with the unit. Really appreciate if you could help.

If the daikin engg said the unit is OK then i believe the air coming out of blower must be very cold (please confirm this) yet you still don't feel that chill effect when you enter the room right? If would be helpful if you could measure the air temp via thermometer(grill temp). Please confirm if this is the problem you're facing. AC running OK (according to engg) but less cooling and taking hours to bring temp down and less to no chill effect.
