I’m always coming up with fun games, such as nosework (scent detection) for my cats to help them stay mentally and physically active. This in turn keeps them healthy and prevents or slows the development of issues such as cognitive dysfunction system (feline senile dementia) that inhibit their ability to lead happy lives.
These games also help my cats express themselves, and you can see a wide range of emotions on their faces, from wonder and awe to determination and apprehension! I hope my cats will help you realize that cats don’t have to be grumpy, sleepy, or wide-eyed all the time - they can be so much more!

Another point in LuLu's favor - with his short legs, his eyes are nearly on the same level as the water pans -- he views them edge-on. Thus, it's more difficult to see the empty (carpeted) areas between the pans and judge their size (can he successfully land?) and distance (can he successfully leap?). The competition was fair, he was just disadvantaged. Even with the "penalties," he out performed five of the competitors! Yea LuLu! (Love them all though!!)

Congratulation to DoDo! His squinty face is hilarious. I think he was motivated by his anxiety XD DD is round compared to the other kitties XD Poor floof. Wow! This is such an epic episode, with the new exciting graphics, wondrous music, Dodo finally trying for the first time (in the new house), and winning too! (Coco was so funny calculating every move!!) But I have to contest applying penalties to Lulu. I know the course has been designed making specifically sure he could actually take part in the race, but he can't jump as precisely as Lala, whose short legs aren't affected by any ailments. But I'm happy that even with the extra time, he did an amazing job!

Even the giant (stuffed) rat hiding around the corner guarding the last treat in a row of treats couldn't stop DoDo! Yes, it did make DoDo stop and think, but it didn't prevent DoDo from capturing the last nugget of flavor. (Featured in an earlier video)
