WATER ONLY WASH DAY ROUTINE: 4C HAIR

Please turn your volume all the way up, the sound is a bit dodgy today. This is my water only washing routine! I now only use water and oils and I am happy with my results. My scalp no longer itches and I do not get much build up. I hope this helps - enjoy x

Your hair is looking super healthy! Do you still DC? if so, what do you use? I've just started water only washing, but kind of by accident. I stopped using shampoo 4 months ago because of a bad reaction and have only been DCing. But I recently just added coconut oil to my hair, left it in over night and rinsed it out the next day. I'm loving the results, but I didn't follow up with my DC because I didn't have time and now I'm considering continuing with this routine, but I feel a bit hesitant not using conditioner. Does conditioner appear in your routine at all? What do you think? Do I really need conditioner? :/

Hey! Thanks for watching and for the compliment :) I am so confident on this method that I have given ALL my commercial products to my sisters. I now only use oils or natural fruits to DC and I intend on coming back with a more detailed spiel on this regimen. I mainly use oils and ACV once a month to deep cleanse. Try it!

I used to say that about my hair and more. I am surprised that something like this would work for me. You have nothing to lose if you try it.

Kelly Coleman It will work. Sometimes the shampoo and other products make our hair hard and rough. A lot of people that have tried this method say their hair gets soft. I'm going to try it after I put a filter on my shower head because I think my water is a little hard too and sometimes that's the problem.
