I used to get this at a local Chinese place about once a month. Sadly they closed, and it took me a long time to even figure out exactly what I'd been eating for years! I've not found another local place that does it justice, but I'll keep looking. Now that I know what it's called, and have a recipe, I can always make it myself.

If you are talking about subtitles it is clearly avaialbe all you do is click on the "cc" button, and you are able to follow the Chinese translation of the transcript clearly

It looks so greasy. I assume the broth is not eaten. Just the fish and maybe vegetables like hot pot style

No the soup/broth is not for drinking

@@ChannelYZ However, I think you could still use the 'greasy' broth if you refrigerate or freeze it, and add it to your next hot pot or probably some other application.
