Great video New Zealand Water Polo! 1. Which of the rules is most *common* type(s) of ordinary foul, in your experience? 2. And a different question, the most common foul in my mind is shown in your video at 6:03...(I mean the first foul whose free throw is delayed, causing a second foul) . Which specific rule/rules describes the "ordinary foul" committed by defense ; i.e. when offense "draws a foul"? Is it rule 21.9 about "pushing " a player? A different rule? Multiple rules?
