This is not a very good rocket :\ I have made a rocket using some PET bottles and some glue, and with pumping 5 times i can make that altitude, by the way, how much Bar/Psi was in the rocket when you launched it? because it could be that the pumping system leaks, which causes you to pum much more for less pressure.
