I had an ex-Singapore X300 XJ6 3.2 which was cramped, underpowered, hugely bad on fuel economy and was forever having electrical meltdowns but man I loved that car! I was warned ex-Singapore cars suffer from years of humidity getting into the wiring and I guess they were right

I dropped 2 bolts on this occasion they didn’t land on the floor so will never be seen again. I also dropped another straight down the oil filler that caused a mild heart attack. But luckily I noticed it and was able to extract with my magnet.

can you please provide the name and part # of the 1st part that you took out of the box (that piece that you popped off the front of the car)? The piece on the far ride side (the flat side on the outside of the turn back into the engine, over by the sensor) .... damn thing just exploded and popped off of my 2004 S-Type (4.2l).

The plastic thing? That’s the water manifold. If you can do a screen grab on the video and it give me a time stamp so I know which bit you mean
