There is a ballistic missile called Concrete Cracker if I'm not mistaken, and it does everything except break concrete, that should be changed, since it seems very excessive to me to use a nuclear bomb for a concrete bunker, and also, the name of the missile tells you It's supposed to break concrete, they should fix that.

the reason I have not made an official modpack is cause some of the mods that I use are not from curseforge and cause of that I can't upload my pack there and get it approved. Also I have not come across a major tech mod that causes issue when running with hbm ntm so my suggestion to you is to install the mods that you feel like the need to install and then just keep on experimenting :D
