@@AyteeGSPs Everybodies joy is apparent. We have a fox terrier. I never trained her this way, but she does swim out onto a lake to catch a swimming duck. Never caught one that way.

Fantastic video … sometimes other trainers only post perfectly polished performances of dogs … it’s so useful and informative to see how to handle a situation that is not straightforward … well done 👏🏻 my boy is the same age as Oxo and a little nervy too … so for me even more appropriate xx

This is such a wonderful video - you are so kind in sharing your knowledge. The nuance around reading the dog, recognising signs of stress and realising how much we ask is such a valuable insight. (And highlights a mistake I've made many times but am slowly beginning to learn 😉). I don't normally comment but wanted to let you know you've quietly taught us - dog and I - a great deal over your videos. You'll have had an impact on more dogs and humans than you may realise! It's hugely appreciated.

definately, build up your expectations slowly though because it is important not to over-face them and as with everything give lots of encouragement
