Sir at 17:28 also left right confusion is there. Small C which is at bottom of 2nd pass, उसका आउटलेट से tubes निकल कर 2nd pass ka wall बनायेगा upto LTSH I/L hdr, but konsa wall toward ESP वाला, या फिर टुवर्ड्स बॉयलर ड्रम वाला( टुवर्ड्स गूसनेक वाला). Pls answer sir

BOILER drum or gooseneck side wall banata h .Niche se upar hote hue 2 nd pass ka roof bhi banata h .phir Ak hdr me connect hota h toward ESP side .us hdr se tube niche aata h aur LTSH me connect hota h . LTSH I/T hdr me tube upper and niche se aata h .

@@rahulsirclasses1987 Sir small C hdr me तो flow bhi obviously कम होगा तो फिर उससे निकलकर tubes को 2nd pass रियर ( टुवर्ड्स esp side) ka छोटा सा wall बनाना चाहिए from bottom C to ltsh inlet, और बड़ा C hdr से 2nd pass front and top wall and then intermediate top rear hdr, and then flowing downside into LTSH inlet

Set point in GSC is given 800 tph,If CEP flow decrease below this point GSC open to maintain this flow.This situation occurs when deaerator level control valve closes.

Gooseneck is used to protect the RH tube from furnace heat zone and provide the path of flue gas for 2nd pass

Yes It you watch towards boiler you left hand toward left side of boiler and right hand toward right side
