Hi bud so happy you got it working. Did you use a pipe 2 feet above water level to get a reading? I bought tow of these units and never got it reading correct. I will try it again. Thanks for your advise.

I think it is fake most user have same problem the water level cannot show the level

the manual says that there is a problem if sensor is install too near from de wall of the tank, Is there any problem if it's installed inside a pipe as you did?

I need to install this in 3 different tanks - is it possible to "pair" each unit so one does not interfere with the other on the same frequency channel?

I am yet to get this unit to work. Try one unit then go invest in more. I used a clear hose parallel to the output of my tank and this works greats, no batteries required. See my invention to measure the height of water in a tank.

Hello Harry, I am planning to purchase the same water tank level monitor TS-FT002.. my only concern is the distance.. I live in a 5 floors residential building where my water tanks are mounted on top of the roof.. and I live in the 2nd Floor. I would say that the distance (vertically) from where the tank is down to where I would mount the LCD display is less than 10 meters.. Do you think this is Ok? or would I have any issues with the RF communication?

hi bud unless you can mount the meters as exact as the instructions says you may have problems getting it to read. rf wise you should be able to get readings. my meters worked one day I got to redo my install before i can say these meters work

can't get my meter to work!!! i have all the needed distances, leveled device, and was able to program the settings but can't get a water level reading. error shows tank as empty, i do get a temperature reading at the tank and inside so the transmitter is sending but only half the info. I do have a rectangular shaped cistern, i wonder if that is the problem? the instructions don't say anything about the shape of the water tank. due to other bad reviews and no real trouble shooting directions posted that i can find i don't recommend this device.

in other words, what is the diameter of the pipe that you used to avoid any operation problems?

I used a 2 inch pipe to get the height to get a water level reading. Just so you know it worked once and never worked again. I yet to find time to troubleshoot the issue.
