Why does the unit only record 10min exactly? Should have a 4hr limit fully charged & i'm using a 32gb micro sd card for 4hrs. But no matter how many times i turn the unit off/on it still only records exactly for 10min?

What software do you use to convert your Water Wolf footage from MOV?

Sorry i have to say your new locking design is really bad, last one was bad too and my camera got released under water 3 times ( i am trolling but with slow speed 1-2 knots) and when fish got hooked or when i hook bottom rock your camera just slip away (good thing i found it floating becouse i used little weight)... This new system ... its even WORSE, its so easy to unlock it that i am sure ill lost it. Why didnt you get any kind of locking clip or buckle or o-ring or any kind of mechanics that you lock camera so it cannot freely slide of the mount. If you catch fast fish you drilling, then fish start to pull, then you pull and camera slide on wire constantly and to release it its so little preasure needed on new design and under water it will happen. Many times fish got my wire complitly banded 90 degree on old system but camera did stay on, on this new one .. its bye bye. I tried to write you on contact form, e-mail etc so you can fix this issue and its really easy fix, but not single replay. Anyway, camera is great and i did capture so nice moments, but its too expensive to buy new one every 2-3th tiime i go fish.
