Elenoas’s S3 doesn’t work like that. CD reduction is on all units. Target only gets instant turn additionnally. ;)

Always lock one copy of 4 and 5 stars. 4 stars because you never know when a balance patch will make something good or usable. Duplicate 5 stars can be sacrificed for blessings on future summons
