I kind of did an overkill on a recent painting! But I reglazed it and forced myself to finish it . It was my first attempt at bokeh and I really had to push myself to finish it. It turned out to be my best painting ever!

I heard a professional say that the last thing you should learn is loose painting. I tried this and it was a sorry looking piece so I ended up mostly painting it purple. I think my trouble is how much water to the paint. I've seen your palette and it always looks so creamy and good consistency maybe you could show us how you actually put the paint down love your paintings ellen

Ellen, I am loving your tutorials. I have a question for you, I always use 300psi paper and I tape it down. But my paper always warps when I paint wet in wet. I am on a very tight budget, so arches is not an option. I have been using artist loft. Is it just a low a quality paper? If so, can you recommend a paper brand that is still at a lower range price? That would be good. I live in Ontario, Canada so I have access to a lot of the same stores as you, like Michael's. Thanks!.

Must be the only one...... get so sick and tired of not hearing what you are saying I stop watching your videos because of it and think ok one more try... same old deal got my vol up to max and YT too and you mumble even on the sketching can only hear maybe half of what you are saying ad then it just gets worse .. get a mic that works do you hear yourself when you edit (do you edit) your own videos?????????????? turn the vol up pls or something to fix it! I DO NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM ON OTHER SITES😲
