My paper always flakes when I go over it, hows your not 😭

All you need is a watercolor paper that is 140 lb (300 gsm), so it won't torn while adding several layers. I recommend Starthmore or Winsor & newton for beginners.

i used a grey Faber Castell watercolor pencil then blend it using a tiny amount of water.
