I tape the sides of the paper while painting. You can use masking tape, invisible tape or washi tape :)

Thanks for the video. I tried similar one. What is the masking tape used? I use Abro which rips off the sheet.

I tried both with a toothbrush and hitting a brush like you did with white gouache, but instead of perfect white dots they got more.. pale and large? :/ Did my stars maybe get very pale because I applied them when the paper was too wet? Or maybe it is a technique to perfect?

Yes. Make sure the paper is totally dry before applying the stars 😊

@@CNSajolanArt Thanks! Sorry for being a bother now with this question but is there anyway to say HOW long (minimum)? I did wait a while but i'm new to water color so I don't have a concept of how long it takes for a painting to dry :)
