This was like therapy for a perfectionist. 😅🖌️ Thank you very much for teaching us to lose our fear and enjoy painting with watercolors! Greetings from Bolivia 🇧🇴

There is nothing magic as such, it just that I love this medium so much. Practice is the only way to achieve this, and it requires your patience and time. ❤️

Thank you for the lovely video and advice! I discovered your channel a few days ago and have watched many of your videos. This video is very timely as I just received a 24 set of Derwent Inktense watercolor paints, which are very vibrant and intense. They require a much bolder approach than I am used to, but when I gain confidence to paint loosely and let the watercolor flow, they will produce beautiful work!

Lovely quick piece.. Its been ages for my watercolour, this video has taken me back (looking at light/shade, colors-burnt siena, ultramarine blue, crimson red), encouraged me enough to restart it soon🙂

Excellent instruction. The way you talk about relaxing and enjoying the process is so important and that is a great message to share with all artists. So true. Anytime I try really really really hard, I tighten up and the painting does not meet my expectations. But when I paint loose and carefree the painting reflects that and it is fresh and bold and lively.

Thankyou. You make it look easy but you are like really really good. I would love to support you as you have talent. Very free and a lot more versatile than other channels. So refreshing after all the American channels. To create art like you do you have to have it within as your art is a reflection of you. Too many people today are intellectual artists without the gift. So I loved your video.

I have a Patreon question. Will a member have access to your youtube tutorials only on the day/month they are available or will they be available for as long as one is a member? Thanks
@NitinSinghwatercolorpaintings Жыл бұрын
Patreon membership is all about extension of learning. More engagement and full version on lessons. I’m also planning to add live online watercolor workshops for my members. KZbin will continue helping you to learn watercolor with some limitations. You do not required to be my patreon member to see KZbin videos, these tutorials are absolutely free for my KZbin audience. Patreon is a great way to support artist to keep creating these videos. Hope this clarifies your question 👍

Hi love your videos, paintings and teaching style. Q. How do I achieve flat paper to paint on? My paper (140lb) buckles and warps when I paint on it. How do I solve this? Can I ask you how you attach your paper to the board so it stays flat and doesn't buckle and warp when you add water. Do you wet the paper first or do you just use masking tape on dry paper etc. I bought some brown butchers tape but I see you just use masking tape. Can you please tell me how you overcome this problem. Thanks.

What? What did you do with that tower???!! First you just joked and laughed and put color here and there and I thought you spoiled everything, and then in one moment there is a three-dimensional old tower and I can even feel how warm that sunshine side of the wall is and hear the pigeons. I will try to do that too, and I'll try and try until I have used all my paper and colors or managed to do something even 1/1000 as wonderful.

Dude, you are a wonderful artist but after the first five minutes, WE GOT THE MESSAGE! - "Be relaxed" - "Enjoy what you are doing" - "Don't worry. be happy! "- WE GOT IT - Now how about actually TEACHING!? explain what brushes, which strokes, when you scratch the painting with your fingernail why - BECAUSE next time. I'm just going to turn off the sound and WATCH YOU PAINT. And not have to hear you repeat the same thing over and over and over again ad nauseam!

Es muy importante saber que piensa el artista mientras realiza su obra...esto ayuda al aprendizaje...cuando doy clases hablo también.. o si no se comvierte solo en tomar de aquí y poner allá...y el estudiante queda ??????. Comprendes? Mmmmmm.
