Watercolor SEASCAPE - sea beach with sunset painting easy

This is a demonstration with annotation of how to paint a beautiful seascape - sea beach with sunset...
You can also watch how I paint sea foam and with annotation you can follow what I do easily. If you do not have masking fluid, you can use white wax crayon.

Just beautiful seascape. We used to rent a condo across from the beach in Oceanside, CA and in that condo there was a seascape on the wall and it was almost the same. You make your colors work the depth of the sky and the textures. Awesome.

You should always let your layers fully dry before wetting the paper. Otherwise, you will smudge them all over.

what is alternative of masking fluid ????? i dont have one TT

Alternative is white gouache or white acrylic. You use it at the end when finished with everything else and in quite amount. Take a look at this video how I used gouache (same goes for acrylics) : kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y5LTZpyegp5jm8k or this one kzbin.info/www/bejne/iKjMc3-Eartnf9U . Maybe it will help. :) And if you do not have that either, when finished with painting the sea, take some flat a bit harder brush and dip it slightly in the water, wipe on a towel and pick up the paint where you want your white foam. Paint shoould lift up from paper. :)
