Water is a liquid matter. It can take shape of and solid matter and it is hard to control because of its thinness and give us a lesson. I have been practising sketching lately and the main point in that is observation....our observation capacity really improves and we can differentiate the shades tints tones in the subject....with watercolour we are able to get those very easily and as the white paper shows through the transparent part, it really adds realistic effect which I love about watercolours!😁Thankyou so much sir...this was really helpful.

Fast medium, we can do very abstract or impressionistic to hyper-realistic painting, not as harmful as other mediums. Water is everywhere, do not required any studio or seperate space for painting as it is not highly toxic and it does not have strong smell.

Sir best thing about watercolours is that we can re-activate it at any point, also same applies for gouache but gouache is bit thicker, and watercolours are thinner and allow me to layer the artwork and realise my mistakes between the process
