When I working in COLOURS PENCIL I'm using WATER COLOURS first then I use PENCIL COLOURS on it ! Sometimes only use for PENCIL COLOURS for whole painting , sometimes only use WATER COLOURS for whole painting ! it looks so much beautiful ! Are you doing same !? I'm from INDIA 🙏🏻🚩🇮🇳
