May Soong (from Hong Kong)
Dear Teacher, I am learning a great deal from your painting. I repeatedly practice the skills in your beginner series. I watch your 5 minute paintings and others to pick up more techniques and skills and to understand how you simplify and compose paintings. Now I learn from your critiques. There are many ways to learn from an excellent teacher, and you are an excellent teacher. I feel happy and encouraged when I watch your videos. I learn skills and can see the improvement in my work. I see the improvement in my brush strokes, in my composition, in the interplay of light and dark, and much more. I am so grateful to be able to learn from you. I know that you will not always be able to teach as you do. I want you to know that just watching you paint even without commentary is helpful. Thank you for all you give to all of us who are your students. Please don't doubt your effectiveness. I hope that one day soon you will critique one of my paintings so I can experience a personal connection with you. That would be wonderful! Sincerely, Mary from across the ocean
He looks like a really happy and positive Hayao Miyazaki! Subscribed because of how genuinely happy he is and how lovely his smile is. Never stop painting Sensei and hope you get to 1 million soon!
The teacher guides on the main points to make a painting vivid and real, the original painting is delicate and the foundation is very good, and the weak points of directionality are corrected through guidance, which is great!
This is a very important lesson for still life! Thank you for your lesson sir!
