Thank you for mentioning that it is ok to rinse an area or fix it later. That makes me feel better because sometimes I have to leave the painting and fix it later or add something. It's not easy to imitate the teacher perfectly 😊

I have been asked to paint plein air watercolor in a garden festival today and being nervous about it I went to KZbin for some pointers and found your videos. "You can't fully enjoy the painting, if you must present every detail of the subject" I love that he insists the action of painting itself should be enjoyable, and not focus so much on if the final product is "perfect". Besides, he is so loose the painting has a lot of energy and is beautiful at the end anyway! Also, at the beginning when there were just drops of paint, there was a point where if I had done the same thing I would've been discouraged because of how messy it was, and how some of the colors got a little muddy where they overlapped. But for him it was just beginning, part of the process he enjoys. :)
